DELIVERY POLICY
Order Processing
Subject to product availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1–3 working days.
Delivery Within South Africa
Orders are dispatched using The Courier Guy for door-to-door deliveries or PUDO for locker deliveries.
- Standard delivery: R69.
- Free delivery: Available on orders of R750 or more.
- Delivery options and availability may depend on the delivery address and selected service. Remote or outlying areas may be subject to service limitations.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you tracking information where available so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery delays are not, by themselves, grounds for a return or refund. Proof of delivery may include confirmation that the parcel was received by a person at the delivery address, rather than requiring proof that it was received personally by the person who placed the order.
International Orders
International orders will only be dispatched once the applicable postage and delivery charges have been paid. International delivery charges and arrangements will be confirmed separately.
