More than just calcium

Strong bones need more than calcium alone. CMP combines calcium and magnesium with the vitamins and minerals your body uses to put them to work, including vitamins D3 and K2.

Per daily dose:

• Calcium (combination) – 1000 mg
• Magnesium (combination) – 500 mg
• Potassium – 90 mg
• Zinc – 30 mg
• Boron – 3 mg
• Copper – 3 mg
• Ipriflavone – 200 mg
• Vitamin D3 – 400 IU
• Vitamin K2 – 150 mcg
• Horsetail (silica) – 12 mg

How to take it

Take as directed on the product label, with food.

Good to know

Vitamin K2 can interfere with blood-thinning medication such as warfarin: do not take CMP with these unless your doctor approves. If you have kidney problems or kidney stones, check with your doctor first. Take antibiotics or thyroid medication at least 2 hours apart from CMP.
